Returns & Refunds

Summary

  • 14 days from delivery to request a return
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
  • Full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork
  • The artwork must be in its original condition

How to request a return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date by emailing fiveart.ronchini@gmail.com with the subject "Return — [artwork title]".
  2. Tell us the reason for the return (optional, but it helps us improve).
  3. Pack the artwork carefully, using the same protective packaging it arrived in. Include a copy of your order number inside the parcel.
  4. Ship the artwork to the address we will send you by email. We recommend a tracked shipping service.
  5. You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the artwork.

Return conditions

The artwork must be:

  • In the same condition as received, with no damage
  • Unaltered, undamaged, and unmodified
  • Returned with any certificate of authenticity included

Returns are not accepted for artworks damaged after delivery or for custom-commissioned works.

Damaged or incorrect artwork

If you received an artwork that was damaged in transit or different from the one you purchased, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. In these cases, return shipping is at our expense and we guarantee a full refund.
